1. Date/Time/Msg ID (YYMMDD-HHMMz)

2. To: (Recipients Callsign or Group)

3. From: (Your Callsign or Region)

4. Msg Precedence: (Current Status)

5. Region: (Which Region is Most Affected?)

6. Subject: (What is the Msg Subject)

7. Message: (Enter your message)

When saving this form, use the last portion of your callsign (ABC) -
State 2 digits (TX)
Precedence (R/P) - Date(250526)
Report Name Ex. (WX_Tornado_GA)
For example: ABC-TX-RR-250526-WX_Tornado_GA

Date and Time/Msg ID: What is the Date-Time-Group of your report? Format: YYMMDD-HHMMz. "250214-0900z". This field will be used as the Message ID.
TO (Recipient): To Whom or which Region is this being addressed to? @MAGNET, @MR08, @MR08CO, etc.
FROM (Sender): Your FCC Call Sign.
Message Precedence: Routine or Priority
Region: Which region does your message refer to?
Subject: What is the Subject of your message?
Message: What is the you wish to transmit?
