Vision Statement
To be the leading community-driven intelligence network where amateur radio expertise and disciplined open-source analysis intersect—advancing situational awareness through ethical, structured, and indicator-driven information sharing.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to harness the technical skill and operational discipline of the amateur radio community to:
- Collect and analyze lawfully available open-source information, including signals and communications relevant to emerging events.
- Produce structured, intelligence-based assessments that identify indicators, implications, and operational relevance — not routine news recaps.
- Deliver accurate, actionable, and ethically sourced intelligence products under centralized authority.
- Train members in OSINT tradecraft, radio operations, and responsible information handling.
- Build a collaborative network guided by discipline, objectivity, and integrity.
Geographical focus begins at the Hub level and expands to Regional, National, and International areas.
